We offer our real estate courses and continuing education in-house and via the Internet.
If your license is a Sales Associate or a Broker Associate license you are required to complete 21 hours of CE which consists of 12 hours of Required and 9 hours of Elective.
CE classes are $15 per 3-hour class or $70 for all 21 hours...
CE Enrollment:
If you need all 21 hours, you MUST take 3 hours from each of the following categories; BRA, PSC, HOT and FHR. We have these classes denoted in RED on the enrollment form. The elective classes are denoted in BLUE and you need to choose three (3) classes. ALL the classes are 3-hour CE classes.

Broker CE Enrollment:
All Broker Managers (BM), Branch Brokers (BB) or Proprietary Brokers (BP) whose licenses expire on or after June, 2012 will be required to complete a fifteen (15) clock hour “Brokers in Charge” course PLUS two Core Required Classes.

Course Enrollment:
We also offer three online courses, the "Basic 90-Hour Pre-licensing Course", the "Post Licensing Course" and the "Broker Course". If you do not have a real estate license pick the Basic Course. If you license is a Provisional Sales Associate choose the Post Course. If you are a Sales Associate and want to continue your education choose the Broker Course. OREC rules state all courses must be completed within 6 months of enrollment... 605:10-5-3, (j), (4)
